Dr. Peter E. Hart is an independent consultant on intellectual property and technology strategy. He also serves as Chairman of Ricoh Innovations, Inc., a company he founded in 1997 to create new technology and business opportunities for the worldwide Ricoh Group. Hart holds a B.E.E degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Stanford University. He is a Fellow of the IEEE, the Association for Computing Machinery, and the American Association for Artificial Intelligence.
