Goals of the iRider Workshop

· Increase the participant’s understanding of the characteristics of nonprofit/non-governmental organizations and how these characteristics impact the iRiding process.

· Help participants to be able to identify the different roles that an iRider plays during the iRiding engagement.

· Provide a systematic framework to guide iRiders through an entire iRiding engagement.

· Help the iRider become more conscious of the methodology of iRiding and how it works.

· Provide opportunities to reflect on current iRiding methodology and practice new iRiding skills.

· Learn what it means to be an iRider and reflect on what an iRider will do.

· Provide an opportunity to meet with other iRiders in order to share perspectives, experiences, and increased networking opportunities.
