My Phiosophy in Teaching
My philosophy in teaching is always friendly with my students. personal contact with students is essential to my approach. Many need encouragement to talk to their teachers, so I emphasize my availability for informal discussion and my willingness to help them sort out any problems they have with what they are learning. My experience as a teacher is greatly enriched by this contact with students.
My aim of teaching is to clarify the subject and having facilities of material to do practically in the lab. Asking students is one of my feature to make them to feel self-confidence to solve the problems. warming up in calssroom is very significant at the beginning of teaching to engage the students with yourself.
My goal is to encourage thinking in rational ways, so that this can be applied in other. I always try to explain the topics in away that can motivate the students to it and connect the topics to some materials in our daily activity. The good way to inform the students about the subjects to let them think about it precisely and claim thier own ideas with one another.
