Conference Registration

Conference fees* and additional details:

  • Student: $220 (before May 1st)

  • Faculty/Staff/Community Partner: $250 (before May 1st)

  • After May 1st, registration is $275 for for all registrants. Registration will close on June 1st.

  • There will be a $50 fee for cancellations before June 1st. For cancellations after June 1st, registration fees will not be reimbursed.

*The conference fee covers all conference meals and activities except for dinner on Wednesday evening. Dinner that evening is an "on your own" night out in Worcester (transportation to and from downtown will be provided). For attendees who would rather stay on campus, dinner can be purchased in the Holy Cross dining hall for $13. For attendees who elect to stay at Holy Cross Monday evening and/or Thursday evening, meals that are not included in the conference agenda can be purchased in the dining hall (breakfast for $11, lunch for $12, and dinner for $13).
