About Us!!

Meet Mary Cameron McCall

This is my fourth year at Overbrook CDC, but I have been working with the Greenville Child Development Centers for 19 years.  I love working with small children and feel it is my calling as a teacher.  I have worked as a teacher in K5, 3rd and 5th grades and feel I am most successful teaching the young child.  They are little sponges and watching them absorb new information is very fulfilling to me.  I have been teaching since 1997 and have spent most of my career in a K-5 or K-4 program.  I graduated from Clemson University in 1996, where I earned a B.A. in Early Childhood and Elementary Education.  I finished my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education at Furman University in 2015.  I have been married for 25 years to Jeff.  We have three children.  Caroline (23), Cain (19)a sophomore at Clemson University, and Macy (12) in seventh grade at Beck Academy.  We also have dog named Beau.  I enjoy cooking and reading!
