About Me

Hello! My name is Alexandria Cherry. This is my sixth year teaching Digital Art and Design at Golden Strip Career Center. After graduating from USC in 2013, I started my career as a graphic designer for a Columbia, SC-based new home builder, Mungo Homes, designing collateral for sales agents as well as managing digital assets for their website and creating neighborhood logos. I worked as a content creator and Social Media Manager for Under the Carolina Moon in Easley, SC before coming to GSCC in 2018. 

I have one daughter, Rosalyn, and a plethora of pets. My husband is also a teacher within Greenville County and together we work with the Hillcrest High School marching band. I look forward to getting to know you!
