All About Mrs. Burns
This is my fifth year teaching at High Point Elementary, in the Extended Learning Support Services (ELSS) unit, but my ninth year of teaching. I attended Marysville City Schools growing up and was a Varsity Cheerleader. As well as, a competitive cheerleader for Step One All-stars! I received my Bachelors of Science degree in Special Education from The Ohio State University in 2009. I received my reading endorsement from Ohio Dominican University in 2012. I received my Masters in Educational Administration from Ashland University in 2016.
High Point Elementary is such an amazing place to teach! The students, parents, community members, and staff are a true family! I love working with the students, families, and staff!
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family! We love exploring new parks, visiting the zoo, and doing outdoor activities together!
