About Mrs. Lamoreaux

I am a Colorado Native and spent my childhood growing up in Boulder. I attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I obtained my Elementary Education teaching credentials through Metropolitan State College of Denver. After a few years of teaching I received my Master's Degree in Education from the University of Phoenix. I began my teaching career in Adams County and then moved to Douglas County Schools when I got married. I have lived in Castle Rock for the past 28 years with my husband and 3 children. I have been a part of the Meadow View Community for many years as my children all attended school here, pre-K through 6th grade.  I am entering my 19th year of teaching at MDVE,  and my 29th year of teaching overall. My family loves to camp, enjoy water sports, ski and snowboard, watch the Denver Broncos, Colorado Avalanche, and Denver Nuggets and travel.
