Social Studies National Honors Society

This club is for students who have a passion for social studies & are willing to spread that passion throughout the school & the community. Members attend monthly meetings & support students who are in need of tutoring in social studies. In addition, members also volunteer their time within the local community helping various organizations that are in need. Students who have taken at least four semesters of social studies courses & have earned a 4.0 or better in these courses are welcomed to apply. The advisers for this club are Mrs. Ditella & Mr. Zernone.

Mock Trial is an academic competition team in which students take on the roles of lawyers and witnesses, preparing cases from case materials and competing against others schools in competitions held in local courthouses.Mock Trial is designed to help students: obtain a better understanding of the law through academic competition; develop speaking, analysis, cooperation, leadership, and problem-solving skills through real-world application; and build community connections through competition and service. The advisers for this club are Mrs. VanDeSampel & Mrs. Roberts.
