"The only initiation which I preach and seek with all the ardor of my soul, is that by which we may enter into the heart of God, and make God’s heart enter into us...There is no other mystery, to arrive at this holy initiation, than to go more and more down into the depths of our being, and not let go till we can bring forth the living vivifying

root, because then all the fruit which we ought to bear, according to our kind, will be produced within us and without us, naturally."

The Traditional Martinist Order is an Initiatic Order and a school of moral chivalry with its roots in the Western esoteric tradition.

Its name is derived from that of Louis Claude de Saint-Martin, a great mystic and powerful Illuminist living in France in the 1700s. He wrote many books under the name of "The Unknown Philosopher" concerning our nature and our relationship to the universe. Through him, the Traditional Martinist Order is linked to a tradition with roots going back to the Primordial Tradition, at a time when humanity was privileged to unite itself freely with the Divine, without any intermediary.

For Information about the Traditional Martinist Order look for the booklet "The Light of Martinism" at:

The Martinist studies, drawn from the spiritual insights of Louis Claude de Saint-Martin, offer a unique window into the nature of humankind, the Cosmos, and the Divine as well as their interrelationship. The unintelligible, becomes intelligible, the obscure becomes clear. We also begin to glimpse the meaning of the references to the creative powers that humankind possessed in its so-called First Estate, powers and capacities that become available to the mystical aspirant.

The central uncreated fire axis is a realm that brings the creative fire of our creator into all the various worlds in which we exist. It unites the various levels of consciousness and physical matter to our inner and outer worlds. This fire axis is a concept introduced within the mystical teachings of the TMO, so this Order will be referenced often during this presentation. TMO is a mystical school that is associated with our AMORC teachings, though using a different form of guidance. It is often referred to as the “Way of the Heart”
