About your appointment
I offer counselling to both individuals and couples in a private and confidential setting, conveniently located in Glasgow city centre.
If you are not able to attend in person due to distance for example, counselling can be offered via a secure platform.
Each one to one counselling session costs £50.
Discounts may be available for people who are unemployed or on a low income. Please ask during the intial enquiry.
How long will it last?
A typical counselling session lasts an 50 minutes.
Sessions can take place over short or longer term periods of time.
Because counselling aims to help you to take charge of your own life, you will be encouraged to decide for yourself how many counselling sessions you feel are necessary.
