Cherry Delight Jars

Ingredients:

Cream Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

2 - 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, room temp

2 - 2 ounce packages of Buddig Ham, chopped

2 TBS Worcestshire Sauce

2 TBS of green onions, optional

1/2 cup - 1 cup of chopped pecans

Crackers for serving

Mix cream cheese, ham, and worcestshire sauce together (I use my hands to make sure it's incorporated without overmixing it.) Add green onions. Form into a ball and place on a dish. Cover with chopped pecans. Keep chilled.

Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

Strawberry Cloud

Ingredients:

1 Pre-made Angel food Cake

1 - 16 ounce carton of Cool Whip

1 - 8 ounce cream cheese

1 pint strawberries

1 package of strawberry glaze

Directions:

Pinch angel food cake into pieces and stir together with half the cool whip. Mix together the cream cheese and the remaining cool whip. Spread over first layer. Slice berries and place on top of cream cheese layer. Pour glaze over berries. Store in the refrigerator.

Crescent Sausage Bite

Ingredients:

2 rolls of Pillsbury crescent rolls (I prefer the dough sheets if you can find them)

1 - 8 oz package of cream cheese

1 LB of mild or hot sausage

dash of salt and pepper

Directions:

Cook sausage until brown. Drain and add salt and pepper. Blend in cream cheese until melted. Unroll one package of crescent rolls on a baking sheet. Press seams together and spread with sausage mixture, leaving about 1/2 inch border. Unroll the second package and place on top of the sausage mixture. It isn't necessary to pinch all of the seams on this one. Press edges together with a fork to seal. Bake at 275 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into small squares and serve. (A pizza cutter works well for cutting.)

Hamburger Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

1_1/2 LB of ground beef

1 chopped onion

1 can whole corn, drained

1 can cream of mushroom

1 can cream of chicken

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp accent seasoning

8 ounces sour cream

3 c. egg noodles, cooked

3-4 slices of bread

3 TBS of butter

Directions:

Brown beef with onion. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package directions. Add corn, soups, seasonings, sour cream, and noodles (drained) to beef. Stir together and place in casserole dish. Melt butter in a small skillet. Tear or cut bread into small pieces, add to butter, and cook until browned. Add bread to top of casserole and cook at 325 for 30 minutes.
