About Me

I have been teaching Mathematics for over 30 years. I taught 2 years at Brockton high school (1986-1988), then I came to Norton High School and liked it so much I never left. Besides teaching math at NHS, I also serve as the Academic Coordinator for Mathematics for grades 6-12 in the district where I get to lead 18 other committed and dedicated Math teachers at both NMS and NHS.

I am the senior class advisor (class of 2021) and the Mu Alpha Theta Advisor.

In addition to being a math teacher I am a wife and mother of two. My two children are now adults. My daughter, Jennifer, is a teacher like her mom but I teach the big kiddos and she teachers the very little kiddos. My son, Bryan, is a New Hampshire State police officer as well as a Lieutenant in the Army National Guard. I am extremely proud of both of them.

Outside of school I enjoy traveling. Day trips are a favorite of mine. I often go to the cape cod canal to watch the boats and enjoy a good book. Also LOVE to travel to Walt Disney World. One visit to my office and you can tell that I am a Disney fan

In my spare time I enjoy watching all sports. I used to enjoy going to my sons rugby games (he played for Mass Maritime) but now that he has graduated I spend most of my time attending Norton High School sporting events and cheering on my students. I think we all know I LOVE to tweet about Norton sports ~ #1 Norton Fan
