Group Terms
Rules of the Group
The No Sweat Running Community exists purely to offer an opportunity for like minded runners to exercise together in a group.
All runners should consider the group as an informal gathering of people who run together in a loosely structured format.
It is each runner’s decision alone as to whether they are fit and able to run with the group. If a member is unsure they should consult a doctor.
Every runner attending the group should be able to run 5 miles comfortably at 10 minute mile pace or for C25K walk 5Km unaided and be able to follow the 9 week programme.
Every runner attending the group must take full and complete responsibility for their own actions.
Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn. High visibility clothing should be worn in dark conditions and a head or hand torch is strongly recommended.
Group leaders have the right to deny or suspend the participation of any runner for any reason whatsoever.
Runners attending the group must be aged 18 years or older. A Junior runner (aged 11-17) may run with a responsible parent / guardian runner attending the group.
