Your First Week at Grund Hofers

Day 1: Meet your team, office tour, and orientation session.

Day 2: Safety training and company policy review.

Day 3: Equipment and software training.

Day 4: On-site walkthrough and role-specific tasks.

Day 5: Review performance expectations and 30-day plan.

Company Policies

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM

Dress Code: Safety gear required on-site; business casual in-office

Safety Requirements: Hard hats, steel-toed boots, and high-visibility vests for all fieldwork
