Common Physical Education (PE) Courses
Any 1-credit course under the subject PE
PE classes include, but are not limited to, the following options: running, weight training, conditioning, self-defense, karate, tennis, rock climbing, bowling, etc. Each class has its own pre-requisites, and some require generally good health or prior experience. It is the responsibility of the student to assess their own capabilities before enrolling in any PE course.
Please be aware that some of these courses take place in the U of M Recreation Center, which PSEO students do not have general access to. However, if you're a PSEO student registered for a PE course, you do not have to buy a rec center membership. You should instead bring a copy of your enrollment summary showing that you need to enter the building to take the course, presenting it to the front desk staff along with your U of M student ID. This will allow you to enter the building for your course.
