Important Information

This summit will introduce the leading I/O psychologists and their research on best organizational practices to enhance academic institutions such as K-12 Schools, Vocational Centers, Colleges, and Universities. The summit's main focus is to give educational leadership practical ways to 1) advance their organization, 2) implement the practices in their everyday work, and 3) build the visibility of our field.

All Presenters and Volunteers Get FREE Access to the Full Summit, and since this is information that we research, discuss, and practically know, I/Os can obtain a ticket for full access for $350 with the I/O Discount Code provided through SIOP, BIOP, LIOP, AIOP, and your I/O programs.

Saturday I/O Community Day Tickets will be free.

Presenters are not obligated to participate in the whole summit, if not desired. Presenters and Volunteers will be obligated to log on during the allotted time for their presentation.

On Saturday, there will be FREE I/O community day to Highlight I/O programs and groups to build the I/O community. There will be a free career fair where you can contact employers, upload your resume, and land your dream job! There will also be networking events and workshops for I/Os. There will be a virtual scholars reception for the scholarship recipients will be in the last hour of the day.

Call for Proposals

Do you have presentations that can advance any organization through your research or data? Feel free to submit a proposal that you have presented at previous conferences.

Themes for each day are:
Monday - Utilizing Data to Drive Success: Moving the DEI Needle, and Effective Metrics Building
Tuesday - Advancing Training with Coaching, Evaluation, and Learning Development
Wednesday - The Employee Life Cycle: From Selection and Talent Acquisition to Talent Management
Thursday -Workplace Culture, It Starts with Leadership and Ends With Team Effectiveness
Friday - Advancing the Employee Experience: Story of Employee Wellbeing, Engagement, and Sense of Belonging
Saturday- FREE I/O Community Day (Networking, Professional Development Workshops, and Career Fair)

Speaking Slots

There will be 5 slots for main speakers to do a 55-minute presentation Daily.

There will be a panel discussion with 5 selected I/O panelists.

Each day will have 18 Speed Learning Sessions, which will be 15-minute recorded sessions to introduce your research or area of expertise and applicable ways to incorporate the practices.

Unlimited poster presentations will be available to submit.
