Tor Integration: Easily toggle Tor functionality and opt to open trezor.io links as .onion links for enhanced privacy.
Application Preferences: Adjust color schemes, address display formats, and manage usage data submission. Access technical information and reset app settings if needed. Explore the current Suite version and opt into the early access program for experimental features.
Device Settings:
Device Settings Overview: The device settings menu on your Trezor device allows you to customize various features, manage security settings, and conduct advanced operations for enhanced control and functionality.

Customization Options: Personalize your device by customizing its name, homescreen image, display rotation, and auto-lock time. Tailor your Trezor experience according to your preferences for aesthetics and usability.
Advanced Operations and Safety Measures: Perform factory reset if needed to erase all data securely. Set up a wipe code for additional security measures. Install custom firmware for specific needs or preferences, ensuring full control over your device's functionality.
Coins Settings:
Enable or Disable Coins:
To enable or disable a coin, simply click on the respective coin in the Coins settings area. This action toggles the coin's status.
Customize Backend Settings:
Hover your cursor over a live coin to unveil the settings gear icon.
Click on the gear icon to access the 'Backends' menu.
In the 'Backends' menu, users can set up custom backends for the selected coin within Trezor Suite.
Effects of Disabling a Coin:
Disabling a coin simply removes it from the interface of Trezor.io/start.
Disabling a coin does not cause the coins associated with it to 'disappear' from your device. They remain stored securely on your device, but they won't be visible or accessible through the Trezor interface until the coin is re-enabled.
Trezor Suite Security Measures:
Offline Private Key Storage: Trezor hardware wallets store private keys offline, minimizing exposure to internet-based threats. This ensures that sensitive data is kept secure, as the keys are not directly accessible via an online connection.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enabling 2FA provides an additional layer of security by requiring a second form of verification, typically through a separate device or application. This helps prevent unauthorized access even if the primary credentials are compromised.
PIN Protection: The Trezor device is configured with a PIN, which must be entered to validate transactions initiated through Trezor. This PIN acts as a barrier against unauthorized access to the hardware wallet and the associated funds.
Passphrase Option: For users seeking enhanced security, Trezor offers a passphrase feature. This allows users to add an additional layer of protection by including a unique passphrase in their recovery seed. By doing so, even if someone gains access to the recovery seed, they would still need the passphrase to access the funds, significantly increasing security.
These measures collectively contribute to a robust security framework for managing digital assets using Trezor hardware wallets and Trezor Suite. However, it's essential for users to follow best practices in managing their devices, PINs, passphrases, and recovery seeds to maximize security.
Trezor Suite: New Security Update:
Trezor Suite prioritizes security, ensuring users' peace of mind. Seamlessly managing firmware updates for Trezor hardware wallets, it safeguards against potential vulnerabilities while integrating new features. User empowerment lies at its core.
Guiding Users: Incorporating comprehensive user manuals, tutorials, and FAQs within the application, Trezor enhances users' understanding of safe bitcoin practices.
Community Engagement: Active involvement in the Trezor community fosters knowledge exchange, tip sharing, and awareness of updates. Discussion boards and forums serve as valuable resources for delving deeper into the realm of cryptocurrencies. Trezor not only secures assets but also educates and connects users within a supportive ecosystem.
