Learning Technologies provides a variety of digital video production capabilities for instructional support.
Kaltura
This system provides video hosting, curation, and delivery of digital video assets, and is fully integrated with Canvas. Think of Kaltura as a YouTube for each user. Review this tutorial on how to caption with Kaltura.
Panopto
Panopto is designed specifically for lecture capture, but also doubles as a video hosting product. Panopto is available in every Learning Space across campus, and the recorder can be downloaded on personal devices.
Virtual Reality

Digitizing Media
Video Services can digitize your older analog media to be easily accessible for learning space and online use.
Our newly developed One Button Studio is available in Cremer Hall. We have taken our Lightboard and placed it in a studio setting where a faculty, student, or staff member can use it by inserting the flash drive and recording! Once your recording is complete and you're satisfied with your efforts, you can remove your flash drive and either take the video with you or use the bank of Macs available outside the studio to edit the video using iMovie, Adobe Premier, Camtasia, or your preferred video editing software. It's that easy.
