Dayforce Live Mobile App

The Dayforce HCM mobile app can now be used by any staff member with any role in Dayforce. See setup instructions and user guides below.

However, the “Time Clock” feature for punching (clocking) in and out using the mobile app is only available to staff with the role “Hourly Employee with Mobile Clock.”

If you are a supervisor and you wish to have a staff member have the Hourly Employee with Mobile Clock role and be able to punch in and out with the mobile app on their device, please submit your request via email to the IT Help Desk.

Username

During setup and everyday use, when prompted for your username, enter the same username you currently use for the Dayforce website (including the @baycove.org at the end).

Password

During setup and everyday use, when prompted for your password, enter the same password you currently use for the Dayforce website. If you ever change the password you use for the Dayforce website, use the same new password for the mobile app.
