Dayforce Login Page Preview
Login / username -- Your Bay Cove work email address. For example, csmith@baycove.org
Password --
If you usually log in to your computer with a username based on your name (ex. csmith), enter your current computer/network password.
If you usually log in to your computer with a shared login (ex. staff), your Dayforce password will start off as “Baycove” followed by the last four digits of your Social Security Number. (For example, Baycove1234)
“Can’t access your account?” -- Disregard this.
Password Reset Self-Help Tool User Guide
First -- Set up reset questions and answers (before you have any trouble with logging in)
Click on the link to the left.
Enter your User Name (your email address) and Password (see Dayforce login notes above).
Follow the prompts to set up three questions and answers.
NOTE: For answers we recommend using only lowercase and no spaces.

Stop and return to BayNet and then click the link for Dayforce.
Follow the links to this “Dayforce password reset self-help tool.”
Click “Reset Password.”
Follow the prompts to enter your user name (email address), type the displayed code, and answer the questions you set up.
IMPORTANT: Wait 10 minutes for the new password to take effect.
Return to BayNet and then Dayforce.
NOTE:
For those of you who usually log in to your computer with a username based on your name (ex. csmith), resetting your Dayforce password will simultaneously reset your computer/network password.
