Monday 12/18

Journal prompt - Consider the typical 30 year old adult. Write 7-10 sentences about the fixed, variable and periodic expenses that they might expect to pay during the month of December.

Monday's Spreadsheet Project - Create a "Let Get Real" Budget Spreadsheet

1) Create a google spreadsheet and title it "(your name) Let's get real budget"

2) List all of your fixed expenses (from DCU), you variable expenses (from real life or the "virtual expenses") and income. Use formulas to calculate your "bottom line" for each week, and carry over that "bottom line" to the next week. Do this for 4 weeks for extra credit

3) Share your google spreadsheet with jcotter@assabet.org Due Friday 12/23 at the beginning of class

Thursday 12/21

Write 7-10 sentences summarizing the first half of the "Identity Theft" movie.

Do you think the movie is realistic? Why or why not?

Friday 12/22

Journal - Write down 5 questions that you think might be on today's quiz.
