My mission is to motivate, inspire, encourage, and support students by providing a safe, secure and loving environment to educate them socially, emotionally, and cognitively so they can continue to build a foundation for lifelong learning and reach their full potential.

I build respectful relationships with students and create communities of learners by supporting and encouraging successful learning. I honor and respond to all differences by planning instruction, assessment, and learning environments to address the needs and differences of individuals and groups.
