Certified Integrator Program Overview
The Zoom Phone Certified Integrator program allows for trusted voice professionals to become certified in delivering Zoom Phone for a seamless customer experience, ensuring successful adoption and deployment of the platform.
Zoom Phone Certified Integrators can build services around Zoom Phone, providing value-added services to customers such as design, deployment, and management of Zoom's video-first unified communications platform.
Company Requirements
Minimum 2 years as a Unified Communications Consultant or Integrator
Minimum 25+ employees*
Industry certifications**
Cisco: Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialization or better
Avaya: Sapphire Partner or better
Mitel: Silver Partner or better
8x8: Approved implementation partner
*Exceptions may be made on request-basis.
**Other partner certifications can be considered on an individual case basis. No limit to the number of employees certified.

Certification Training
Zoom Phone Sales Specialist: Two Individuals
Zoom Phone Solutions Engineer: Two individuals
Zoom Phone Delivery Engineer: Two individuals
Zoom Phone Project Manager: One individual
Lab/Demo:
Complete the build-out of a lab or demo environment
Perform a demo to Zoom
Annual Certification Renewal
To remain certified, the Partner company must complete the following criteria each year before the anniversary of the certification date:
10 deal registrations per year. Deals must reach the SFDC Proof stage to qualify.
10 demos per year with proof of execution
All Certified individuals (two Phone Specialists, 2 Solutions Engineers, 2 Delivery Engineers, and 1 Project Manager) must attend at least 4 qualifying training events per year.
