Agreement to Terms
By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1. License to Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app
Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities
2. Data Collection and Use
We may collect limited technical and usage data, including:
Device model, operating system version, and diagnostic information
Anonymous interaction data related to reminder settings and bedtime logging features
All collected data is anonymized and used solely to improve performance, stability, and user experience.
3. App Functionality
Bedtime Nudge is designed to help you maintain a consistent sleep schedule by:
Calculating your ideal bedtime based on your wake-up time and sleep goal
Sending a gentle wind-down reminder 30, 45, or 60 minutes before bedtime
Showing a live countdown to your wind-down time and target sleep time
Logging your bedtime when you tap "Going to Bed" and quieting tonight's reminder
Supporting a separate weekend schedule to accommodate different routines (Pro)
Reviewing your bedtime history to track consistency over time (Pro)
Playing custom wind-down sounds at reminder time (Pro)
Bedtime Nudge is a reminder app only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or monitor sleep conditions. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
4. Subscription & Payments
Some features may require a subscription or in-app purchase.
Bedtime Nudge offers a weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial and a yearly plan
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
Payments are processed securely through Apple's in-app purchase system
5. Updates
We may release updates to improve features, enhance performance, or fix issues. Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
7. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated or if harmful, fraudulent, or illegal behavior is detected.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved under the appropriate jurisdiction.
