Zentro Smart Control ("the App") is a business application used by authorized personnel to remotely monitor and control electrical and building systems (switching outputs on/off, scheduling, overrides, and energy monitoring). This policy explains what information the App handles and how.

Information the App handles

Account credentials: the client identifier, username and password you enter on the sign-in screen are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to the Company's servers solely to authenticate you. The App does not store your password on the device.
- Authentication token: after sign-in, a session token is stored locally on your device in encrypted storage so you stay signed in. It is removed when you log out.
- Operational data: while you use the App it exchanges control and status data (device states, schedules, activity logs, energy readings) with the Company's servers to provide the service.
How information is used
Information is used only to authenticate users and to provide the App's monitoring and control functionality. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own purposes. Data is transmitted only to the Company's own backend services to operate the App. App distribution is handled by Google Play.
Data security
All communication with our servers uses encryption in transit (HTTPS). The locally stored session token is kept in the Android encrypted storage provided by the operating system.
Data retention and deletion
Account and operational data are retained for as long as your account is active. To request access to, or deletion of, data associated with your account, contact dev@zentro-tech.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
The App is a professional tool and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
