アプリ概要・動作環境

Q. CamDashはどんなアプリですか？

A. 明るさ・色味・ピントなどのカメラ設定を「プリセット」として保存し、ワンタップで同じ撮影環境を再現できるカメラアプリです。センサーが捉えた光や色合いを過剰に加工せず記録できるため、毎回手動で設定し直す手間を省き、撮影作業を効率化できます。各種フリマアプリやECモールでの出品撮影、SNS投稿、決まった環境での日常撮影などに最適です。

Q. 買い切りですか？サブスクリプションはありますか？

A. 完全買い切り型のアプリです。1度ご購入いただければずっとお使いいただけます。月額・年額などのサブスクリプション（継続課金）はありません。（※販売価格はApp Storeの表示をご確認ください）

Q. 対応しているOSは？

A. iOSに対応しています。

Q. iPadには対応していますか？

A. リリース段階では非対応です（iPhone専用アプリとなります）。

Q. アプリの表示言語は日本語に対応していますか？

A. 本アプリは画面上の文字を極力減らし、直感的なアイコンとシンプルな英語（「Photo」「Video」「AUTO」など）を中心としたデザインを採用しています。言葉に惑わされず、視覚的に素早く操作できる設計になっています。

プリセット機能

Q. プリセットとは何ですか？

A. 明るさ・色味・シャッタースピード・ピント、さらに「保存先アルバム」などの撮影設定を一括保存して名前を付けられる機能です。保存したプリセットは一覧からワンタップで呼び出し、いつでも同じ環境で撮影を開始できます。

Q. プリセットはいくつまで保存できますか？

A. 写真用300個、動画用300個の合計最大600個まで保存できます。

Q. プリセットを複製することはできますか？

A. 複製専用ボタンはありませんが、既存のプリセットを呼び出した後に別の名前で保存し直すことで、複製と同じ操作が行えます。

Q. 削除したプリセットは復元できますか？

A. 復元できません。削除前に確認メッセージが表示されますので、誤って削除しないようご注意ください。

Q. プリセットは写真用・動画用で分かれていますか？

A. はい。写真用（最大300個）と動画用（最大300個）で独立して保存されます。一覧画面では「Photo」「Video」のタブ切り替えのほか、「All」タブでまとめて確認・整理することも可能です。

Q. プリセットをタグや色・アイコンで整理できますか？

A. 可能です。プリセットごとにタグ・アイコン・カラーを設定でき、絞り込み検索やお気に入り（スター）管理に対応しています。

撮影機能・設定（写真・動画）

Q. AI補正（Smart HDRなど）はオフにできますか？

A. カメラのセンサーが捉えたそのままの光や色合いを記録できるよう、Apple標準の過剰な自動補正を通過させない設計にしています。アプリ側で意図しない色味の変化を加えないため、毎回安定したトーンで撮影できます。

Q. 画面の誤タッチを防ぐ機能はありますか？

A. 全UI物理ロック機能を搭載しています。三脚での固定撮影やアングル変更の際、画面に指が触れて設定数値が狂ってしまうトラブルを防ぎます。

Q. 「Power Frequency（50Hz/60Hz）」設定は何のためのものですか？

A. 蛍光灯やLED照明の下で撮影する際、照明の点滅とシャッターのタイミングが干渉して起こる横縞ノイズ（フリッカー）を防ぐ機能です。お住まいの地域の電源周波数（50Hz/60Hz）に設定しておくことで、ちらつきの出ないシャッタースピードへ自動調整されます。

• 写真モード：AUTO選択時にフリッカーが出にくい安全なシャッタースピード範囲を優先して選択します。

• 動画モード：シャッタースピード自体が安全な倍数（1/100秒や1/120秒など）に固定され、明るさはISO感度で調整する動作になります。

Q. RAWで撮影できますか？

A. Apple ProRAW対応端末で撮影可能です。ただし、RAWデータはセンサーが捉えた全情報をそのまま保存する仕様上、撮影時点でのアスペクト比クロップ（切り抜き）には対応していません。

Q. 縦横比（アスペクト比）は選べますか？

A. JPEG/HEIC撮影時に選択可能です。正方形（1:1）や4:3のほか、SNS投稿用の4:5や9:16などの構図ガイド表示・撮影に対応しています。

Q. フラッシュは使えますか？

A. 一瞬の強い光で色合いがブレやすくなる内蔵フラッシュは非搭載とし、常時点灯するトーチライト（照明）機能を搭載しています。事前に影や反射を目で確認しながら撮影できます。

Q. セルフタイマーは使えますか？

A. 使えます。タイマー（OFF / 3秒 / 10秒）に対応しており、シャッター時の手ブレ防止や着用ショットの撮影にお使いいただけます。なお、カウントダウン中に撮影ボタンを再度タップすると撮影をキャンセルできます。

Q. 動画の画質やフレームレートは選べますか？

A. 端末が対応する画質（4K / 1080p / 720pなど）と、フレームレート（30fps / 60fps）を選択できます。

保存・アルバム分類

Q. 撮った写真・動画はどこに保存されますか？

A. 端末の「写真」アプリ（フォトライブラリ）に保存されます。プリセットごとに保存先アルバムを指定できるため、プリセットを選ぶだけで「撮影設定の呼び出し」と「保存先アルバムの切り替え」が同時に完了します。

Q. 複数の端末でプリセットを共有できますか？

A. はい。同一のApple IDでiCloudをご利用の場合、作成したプリセットデータは自動的に同期されます。

アプリ内の英語説明文・メッセージについて

Q. 設定画面（Basic Settings）などに表示される英語文の意味を教えてください。

A. 画面に表示される主な英語表記の意味は以下の通りです。

  • RAW撮影時は端末の最高解像度が自動適用されるため、解像度選択はありません。

Q. What is CamDash?

A. CamDash is a camera app designed to streamline shooting workflows for e-commerce, resale marketplaces, social media, and consistent daily photography. It lets you save camera settings (brightness, color tone, focus, etc.) as presets to recreate the exact same environment with a single tap. By recording sensor input without excessive auto-processing, it eliminates the hassle of readjusting settings for every shoot.

Q. Is CamDash a one-time purchase or a subscription?

A. CamDash is a one-time purchase. Pay once and use it forever—there are no monthly or annual subscription fees. (Please check the App Store for pricing in your region.)

Q. Which operating systems are supported?

A. CamDash supports iOS.

Q. Is iPad supported?

A. CamDash is an iPhone-exclusive app at release (iPad is not supported at launch).

Q. What languages are supported in the app interface?

A. CamDash features a clean, minimal interface driven by intuitive icons and straightforward English labels (such as "Photo", "Video", and "AUTO"). It is designed for frictionless visual operation.

Preset Features

Q. What is a preset?

A. A preset is a saved bundle of camera settings—including exposure, color balance, shutter speed, focus, and a destination album. You can load any saved preset with a single tap to instantly start shooting in a consistent setup.

Q. How many presets can I save?

A. You can save up to 600 presets in total (300 for photos and 300 for videos).

Q. Can I duplicate a preset?

A. While there isn't a dedicated "Duplicate" button, you can load an existing preset and save it under a new name to achieve the same result.

Q. Can I restore a deleted preset?

A. Deleted presets cannot be restored. A confirmation prompt will appear before deletion to prevent accidental loss.

Q. Are photo and video presets kept separate?

A. Yes. Photo presets (up to 300) and video presets (up to 300) are managed independently. In the preset list, you can filter by "Photo" or "Video" tabs, or view all of them together in the "All" tab.

Q. Can I organize presets using tags, colors, or icons?

A. Yes. You can assign custom tags, icons, and colors to each preset for easy filtering and search. Favorites (star rating) are also supported.

Shooting & Camera Settings

Q. Can I turn off auto-enhancements (like Smart HDR)?

A. CamDash is designed to bypass standard system auto-corrections as much as possible, capturing natural lighting and color tones directly from the sensor. Because the app adds no unwanted color shifts, you get consistent results every time.

Q. Is there a feature to prevent accidental screen touches?

A. Yes. CamDash includes a UI Lock feature. This prevents accidental taps from changing your camera settings while adjusting a tripod or re-angling your phone.

Q. What is the "Power Frequency" (50Hz/60Hz) setting for?

A. This setting prevents lighting flicker or horizontal banding caused by indoor fluorescent or LED lights. Select your local grid frequency (50Hz or 60Hz) to automatically maintain flicker-safe shutter speeds.

• Photo Mode: The AUTO function prioritizes shutter speeds within a flicker-safe range.

• Video Mode: Shutter speeds are locked to flicker-free multiples (e.g., 1/100s or 1/120s), leaving brightness adjustments to ISO.

Q. Can I shoot in RAW format?

A. Yes, on devices that support Apple ProRAW. Please note that RAW files capture full uncropped sensor data, so shoot-time aspect ratio cropping is unavailable in RAW mode.

Q. Can I choose different aspect ratios?

A. Yes, when shooting in JPEG/HEIC. In addition to 1:1 (square) and 4:3, CamDash supports composition guides and framing for 4:5 and 9:16 (vertical video/feed posts).

Q. Can I use the camera flash?

A. Standard burst flash is intentionally excluded because it can cause inconsistent lighting. Instead, CamDash supports continuous torch light, letting you preview shadows and reflections in real time before shooting.

Q. Is there a self-timer?

A. Yes. You can choose OFF, 3 seconds, or 10 seconds. Tapping the shutter button again while the timer is counting down will cancel the countdown.

Q. What video resolutions and frame rates are supported?

A. You can select any resolution supported by your device (4K, 1080p, 720p) and frame rates of 30fps or 60fps.

Storage & Album Management

Q. Where are photos and videos saved?

A. All captures are saved directly to your device's Photos library. Since destination albums can be linked to specific presets, selecting a preset automatically switches both your camera settings and your target album at once.

Q. Can I sync presets across multiple devices?

A. Yes. As long as you are signed into the same Apple ID with iCloud enabled, your presets automatically sync across your devices.
