アプリ名: CamDash（以下「本アプリ」といいます）

【事業者名／開発者名】（以下「当方」といいます）は、本アプリにおけるユーザーの情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。

1. 取得する情報と利用目的

本アプリが取得・利用する情報は以下のとおりです。本アプリは会員登録機能を持たず、撮影した写真・動画や設定データを当方の外部サーバー等に送信・保存することは一切ありません。取得・生成したデータはすべてユーザーの端末内（およびユーザーご自身のiCloud環境）でのみ管理されます。

(1) カメラおよびマイクへのアクセス

・カメラ: 商品等の写真・動画撮影機能を提供するためにアクセス許可を使用します。

・マイク: 動画撮影時に音声（48kHz/ステレオ）を録音するためにアクセス許可を使用します。

※撮影された写真・動画および音声データは、ユーザーの写真ライブラリに保存されるのみであり、当方や第三者に送信されることはありません。

(2) 写真ライブラリ（フォトライブラリ）へのアクセス

撮影した写真・動画を指定のアルバムに保存し、アプリ内のプレビュー画面で確認・削除を行うためにアクセス許可を使用します。本アプリがライブラリ内のデータを外部に送信することはありません。

(3) 撮影設定（プリセットデータ）およびアプリ設定

本アプリ内で作成・保存するカメラ設定（プリセット名、タグ、ホワイトバランス、ISO感度、シャッタースピード、レンズ倍率、ピント位置、アスペクト比、動画画質・フレームレート等）は、すべて端末内に保存されます。これらの情報に個人を特定できる情報は含まれません。

(4) iCloud同期機能（ユーザー操作によるデータ共有）

プリセット情報を複数のApple端末間で共有するための「iCloud同期」機能を提供します。本機能をオンにした場合、上記(3)のプリセット設定情報のみが、ユーザーご自身のApple ID・iCloud環境を通じて他の端末と同期されます。

※撮影された写真・動画そのものが同期されることはありません。また、同期されたデータはAppleのプライバシーポリシーに従って管理され、当方が閲覧・アクセスすることはできません。

(5) 自動的に取得する情報

本アプリは、アクセス解析ツールおよび広告SDK等の第三者サービスを組み込んでいません。そのため、利用状況やトラッキングデータが当方や第三者に送信されることはありません。

2. お支払い情報について

本アプリは買い切り型の有料アプリです。購入手続きおよびお支払い処理はすべてApple社のApp Storeを通じて行われます。クレジットカード情報等の決済情報が当方に送信・保有されることはありません。

3. 情報の第三者提供

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供することはありません。上記のとおり、本アプリは情報を外部に送信する仕組みを持ちません。

4. 情報の保存期間・削除

撮影した写真・動画およびプリセット情報は、ユーザーがアプリ内またはiOSの標準機能を用いていつでも削除できます。本アプリをアンインストールすることで、端末内に保存されたプリセット情報は削除されます（iCloud上のデータはAppleの仕様に従います）。

5. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではありませんが、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

6. ユーザーの権利

本アプリが取り扱うデータはすべて端末内およびユーザーご自身のiCloud上にのみ保存されるため、データの確認・修正・削除は、アプリ内の操作またはアンインストールによりユーザー自身が常に行うことができます。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーの内容を変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは、本アプリ内または当方が指定する方法（公式Webサイト等）で公表した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

[Developer/Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of user information in the App.

1. Information We Collect and Purpose of Use

The App does not require account registration, nor does it transmit or save your photos, videos, or settings data to any of our external servers. All data accessed or generated by the App is managed solely on your device (and your own iCloud environment).

(1) Camera and Microphone Access

- Camera: We request access to provide the core photo and video shooting functionalities.

- Microphone: We request access to record audio (48kHz/Stereo) during video recording.

*Note: Captured photos, videos, and audio data are saved directly to your device's Photo Library and are never transmitted to us or any third parties.

(2) Photo Library Access

We request access to save your captured media to designated albums and to allow you to preview or delete them within the App. The App does not transmit any Photo Library data externally.

(3) Shooting Settings (Preset Data) and App Settings

Camera settings created and saved within the App (such as Preset Name, Tags, White Balance, ISO, Shutter Speed, Lens Zoom, Focus Position, Aspect Ratio, Video Quality/FPS, etc.) are stored strictly on your device. This data does not contain any personally identifiable information.

(4) iCloud Sync (User-Controlled Data Sharing)

We provide an "iCloud Sync" feature to share your Preset Data across your multiple Apple devices. When enabled, only the Preset Data mentioned in (3) is synced via your own Apple ID and iCloud environment.

*Note: Captured photos and videos are not synced by this feature. Synced data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy, and we cannot view or access this data.

(5) Automatically Collected Information

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics tools or advertising SDKs. Therefore, no usage data or tracking information is transmitted to us or any third parties.

2. Payment Information

The App is a paid, one-time purchase application. All purchasing processes and payments are securely handled by Apple Inc. via the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any of your payment information (such as credit card details).

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not share your information with any third parties, except when required by law. As stated above, the App is fundamentally designed without any mechanisms to transmit data externally.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Photos, videos, and Preset Data can be deleted by the user at any time using in-app features or standard iOS functionalities. By uninstalling the App, all Preset Data stored on the device will be deleted (Data stored on iCloud is subject to Apple's specifications).

5. Children's Privacy

While the App does not target any specific age group, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

6. User Rights

Because all data handled by the App is stored exclusively on your device and your personal iCloud storage, you retain full control. You can view, modify, or delete your data at any time through in-app operations or by uninstalling the App.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as necessary. Any changes will become effective upon posting the revised Policy within the App or on our designated website.
