This Privacy Policy explains how Yudiz Solutions ltd ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Giggle & Learn (the "App"). The App is an educational game intended for young children.
We have designed the App to collect as little information as possible. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the App.
Note for parents and guardians: This App is directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own use. Where the App shows advertising, advertising is configured to be treated as child-directed (see "Advertising" below).
1. Information We Collect
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other directly identifying personal information.
a) Information stored only on your device
To make the App work, we save the following locally on your device. This data stays on the device, is not transmitted to our servers, and is removed when you uninstall the App:
Game progress (levels unlocked, stars earned)
Settings and preferences (such as sound on/off and chosen language)
b) Information collected automatically by third parties
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its partners may automatically collect and process certain information, which may include:
Device identifiers and advertising identifiers
Device type, operating system, and app version
General (coarse) location derived from IP address
App interaction and ad-interaction data
This information is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's own privacy policies, not by us.
We do not collect personal information through cameras, microphones, contacts, precise GPS location, or social media logins.
2. How We Use Information
We use the limited information described above to:
Save and restore your in-app progress and preferences on your device
Display advertising that helps keep the App available
Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App
We do not sell personal information.
3. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner and full-screen (interstitial) ads.
Because the App is directed to children, we instruct Google AdMob to treat ad requests as child-directed and to serve only non-personalized, age-appropriate ads where applicable, consistent with Google Play Families policy and the Apple Kids Category requirements (Guideline 1.3).
To ensure absolute age appropriateness, our ad provider (Google AdMob) utilizes a multi-layered verification process for child-directed ad environments. This includes mandatory human review and rating of all ad creatives before they are cleared to be served to users. All sensitive, behavioral, and personalized tracking categories are permanently disabled.

4. Children's Privacy
Protecting children's privacy is important to us. The App is designed for use by children and complies (or is intended to comply) with applicable children's privacy laws, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR-K provisions for children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own purposes beyond what is described in this policy.
We do not require children to provide any personal information to use the App.
Advertising is configured for child-directed treatment as described above.

5. Data Sharing
We do not share information we hold with third parties, except:
With Google AdMob as needed to display advertising (see "Advertising"); and
If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Data stored on your device (progress and preferences) remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App removes this local data.
For information processed by Google AdMob, retention is governed by Google's policies. You can reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings:
Android: Settings → Google → Ads
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Users
The App may be used in countries other than where we operate. Information processed by third parties such as Google may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to those parties' safeguards.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected in the App's store listing. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
