The Flourishing Lives of Youth (FLY) Lab conducts research on how adolescents and emerging adults build fulfilling, flourishing lives through challenges and transitions in diverse cultural environments. We are committed to producing knowledge that will enhance young people's environments to foster thriving developmental pathways.
The FLY Lab is currently conducting multiple research projects exploring the development of identity, autonomy, and well-being among diverse youth populations across the world, including ethnic majority and minority youth in South Korea, East Asian young adults, and racial/ gender/ socioeconomically minoritized youth in the U.S.
