Our research group is focused on the development of synthetic methodologies to discover new small molecules for medicinal applications. Specifically, we investigate modern synthetic disconnections for bio-relevant building blocks and discover novel compounds as a new medicinal candidate. WELCOME!

2026/01: The group welcomes our new undergraduate students, Jiyeon and Eunju! And, best wishes to Chaeeun on her new start.
2025/10: Our first review paper is now available in EJOC, titled "Spiro[3.3]heptane: A Versatile sp3-Rich Scaffold and Its Synthetic Routes".
2025/09: Our lab was awarded one-year grant for the research on synthetic methods for spiro scaffolds. Thank you to all students for your endeavors.
