CHS Scholarship Application

When you complete the CHS Scholarship Application you are applying to over 30 scholarships! The organizations, foundations, and sponsors listed below all use our CHS Scholarship application to make their final selection for their scholarships/awards. Please look over the Guide to the Charlotte High School Scholarship Application Process prior to starting your application. The Local Scholarship Application link will open January 7th, 2022.

The following scholarships are local scholarships that Charlotte High School students are selected for year after year. Students, if the application is online then complete it that way. However, the applications that are attached documents need to be printed and turned into Mrs. Eyster in the Career Center by the due date.

Achieva Credit Union Scholarship

American Business Women's Association

Boca Grande Art Center Scholarship

For Charlotte County students planning on pursuing a degree in fine arts, ceramic arts, textiles, digital arts, photography, art education, art museum/curation, or architecture. Due to Mrs. Eyster in the Career Center by February 26th.

Boys and Girls Club Scholarship

For Charlotte County students planning on pursuing a degree in postsecondary education. Minimum of five years as a member in good standing with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Charlotte County. Membership at other Boys and Girls Club will be considered by the committee. Applicant must volunteer a minimum of 12 hours at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Charlotte County prior to high school graduation. Due to Mrs. Eyster in the Career Center by March 11th.

Business & Professional Women's of Charlotte County Scholarship

Builders Scholarship/Tools of the Trade Scholarship

This scholarship application is open to students in Charlotte and DeSoto counties and children of members of the Charlotte-DeSoto Building Industry Association that want to pursue rewarding careers in the construction industry. Due to Mrs. Eyster in the Career Center by April 1st.

Charlotte County Jazz Society Scholarship

Charlotte County Jazz Society provides financial assistance to several qualifying members of the Senior Class in the county’s High Schools who wish to pursue careers in music or music education. Charlotte County Retired Educators Scholarship

Charlotte Harbor Chapter of Military Officers Association of America

Charlotte Players - John W. Lund Perf. Arts Scholarship

For a a graduating senior who plans to continue studies in the theater. Click on the title above to obtain an application. Due to Mrs. Eyster in the Career Center by March 27th.

Charlotte Technical College Scholarship

All current CCPS seniors enrolling in CTC as adults should complete this form to be awarded a $250.00 scholarship applied to their CTC tuition and to waive the $25.00 application fee. This offer is only valid if the student completes the registration process by April 1, 2021. This offer applies to all Academy, Charlotte High School, Lemon Bay High School, Port Charlotte High School, Charlotte Virtual, or FSW Collegiate Graduating Seniors. Congregational UCC Scholarship Award

For students attending a post-secondary institution, including a technical college, trade school, 2 year associate program, or 4 year university. This is a needs based scholarship. Click the link to apply. Due online by February 15th.

Delta Kappa Gamma Society Scholarship

Eligible applicants must be women currently living in Charlotte County and looking to pursue a degree in education (Associate’s or Bachelor’s). Due to Mrs. Eyster in the Career Center by February 26th.

Democratic Women's Club of Charlotte County

For female students getting a major in Communications, Applied Science, Technology, Government, Math/Science or Education preferred. Must be registered or pre-registered, Democrat in the State of Florida. Due to Mrs. Eyster in the Career Center by March 1st.

Harbor Heights Peace River Rotary Scholarship

Italian Heritage Social Club Scholarship

R. Bruce MacGregor Memorial Scholarship

The Charlotte Chorale, Inc. is pleased to offer the R. Bruce MacGregor Memorial Scholarship of $3,000 to a graduating Charlotte County High School student. The applicant must have proven ability and interest in vocal, piano, or instrumental music and must intend to major in music performance, music education, musical theatre, or sacred music at an accredited institution of higher learning. Rotary Club of Punta Gorda Scholarship

Royal Order of Ponce De Leon Conquistadors

The Royal Order of Ponce de Leon Conquistadors awards scholarships to each of the 3 Charlotte County High Schools. Scholarships will be awarded to the most qualified graduating senior at each high school who has fulfilled the application requirements as determined by the ROPC Scholarship Committee.
