I worked in corporate learning and development for over 25 years. I specialised in designing, planning and delivering various learning events and workshops for Managers, Leaders and e. I've been lucky enough to facilitate workshops here in the UK and around the world including: China, America, Europe and Australia.

Before all of that I trained as a horticulturist, spent many years as a night club and mobile DJ around the west Midlands, built a career in DIY retail management, became a charity and corporate event host/compère and I am even a qualified hypnotherapist.
