From the Frontline Professional Growth screen, select Learning Plan from the Navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
On the Learning Plan page, located the session you wish to drop under the Approved and/or In-Progress section.
Click the blue Manage button to the left of the session you wish to drop.
In the top right of the session page, you should see an Options button, click that and then select Drop.
After pressing Drop, you are prompted to confirm this action.
To Drop the Session, click the red Yes button.
You have successfully dropped the session.
You may now return to the Session Schedule to select a new session to sign up for.
