Winter Learning Series
5 Months, 5 Topics for YCP's Volunteers
At this year's YCP Leadership Conference in Cleveland we hosted a live-poll asking our volunteer leaders what ongoing learning topics would be most helpful for their teams. Based on your responses the YCP Staff designed a 5-month learning series, running December 2018 - April 2019.
The learning sessions are hosted the 2nd Wednesday of each month featuring experienced executives from YCP's network.
"The ongoing YCP learning sessions are invaluable for all of us as leaders. The session on accountability and delegation was just what I needed to help move forward with confidence!"
