Who can attend the YCP Pre-Conference Sessions?

YCP's leaders, board members, and chaplains are all invited to the annual Leadership Conference, whether you're a President, Director of Marketing, or a coordinator/assistant on a committee.

What if I'm a chapter Board Member or Chaplain?

This year YCP is hosting a first-ever Board Member Track as part of the Pre-Conference Sessions! Chaplains are also invited to attend this track.

We're also hosting an Ambassador Summit honoring those Catholic business leaders who regularly offer their guidance and financial support to Young Catholic Professionals. This includes you, our chapter Board Members & Chaplains! This First-Annual Ambassador Summit at the YCP Member Conference is our chance to thank YOU, the inspirational Catholic leaders who are such a vital part of this movement of the Holy Spirit. The Ambassador Summit will take place on Saturday afternoon (September 14th).

You and other Catholic business leaders and spouses are summoned to an invite-only “track” of the conference where you can make connections with like-minded peers and explore the conference theme of Mary, Star of Hope in a way that is especially catered to you. You are invited to attend all conference activities as listed in our general Member Conference program.

What is the difference between the Pre-Conference Sessions and the Membership Conference?

The Pre-Conference Sessions (know previously as the YCP Leadership Conference) is hosted for YCP's dedicated chapter volunteers, including leaders, board members, and chaplains. The information shared during this portion of the weekend is meant to help our volunteers better serve their YCP communities.

The Membership Conference gathers together YCP members from across the nation for an inspirational weekend conference led by some of the nation's most exciting Catholic role models. At this year's Member Conference, inspired by the writings of Brother Lawrence in his book The Practice of The Presence of God, YCP Members from across the country are gathering together for a weekend devoted to discovering the greatest secret of living in the Kingdom of God: practicing His presence in one single act that does not end.

When and where is are the Pre-Conference Sessions?

Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center

1800 Highway 26E, Grapevine, TX 76051

This is the same location for the Member Conference, gala and hotel rooms purchased at the Hilton.

Where can I sign up and how much will it cost?

You can register at www.ycpconference.org! The YCP Chapter Leader ticket is $63.75 During Early-Bird Pricing (through April 21, 2019), then tickets increase to $75. Your ticket includes access to the entire weekend of events, including the Membership Conference and Gala.

What is the attire for the weekend?

Business casual is appropriate for sessions & Mass. The attire for the Saturday evening gala is black tie optional.

Will accommodations be provided?

We've partnered with the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center to provide discounted room accommodations to our conference attendees. You have your choice of a single or a double room all for the same negotiated rate of $129+taxes & fees/night. Conference and Gala programming will be held in this wonderful location. Two (2) full hot buffet breakfasts per room, per night, are included with reservation. All reservations must be made by Monday, August 23rd to take advantage of this special rate.
