MESMS students served up impressive dishes and eye-catching food truck concepts on November 7, wowing judges with their culinary creativity!
In this hands-on Home & Careers project, students tackled everything from menu planning to branding, creating a full food truck experience. Each team selected a theme, crafted a signature dish, and designed marketing materials like menus, flyers, and even custom t-shirts.
Staff judges visited Mrs. Gannon’s classroom throughout the day to assess each team’s presentation, theme, and, of course, taste. Each group did an amazing job!
