Brookside Students Learn from First Responders on Community Day

Our kindergarteners and first graders got up close with amazing first responders and highway workers at Community Day on June 10! They explored fire engines, police cars, ambulances, and big trucks while learning valuable safety tips.

Thank you to the Yorktown Police Department, Yorktown Volunteer Fire Department, Yorktown Highway Department, and Yorktown Volunteer Ambulance Corps for making it a day to remember!
