Brookside Elementary School had a thrilling visit on March 17 from whale watch naturalist Cynde McInnis, whose life-size inflatable humpback whale left students in awe!
The event, which also featured an engaging presentation on whales, was the grand finale of Brookside’s “One School One Book” campaign. The students spent the last two weeks reading “The Secret Explorers and the Lost Whales” and learning all about whales.
