Mohansic Third Graders Donate to Wolf Conservation Center

Mohansic Elementary School's third graders recently concluded a creative fundraiser to support the Wolf Conservation Center in South Salem. After learning about wolves and visiting the center, students designed logos with the message, “Wolves Are Worth Saving.” The winning logos were printed onto t-shirts by teacher Ms. Quinones. Sold through the school's PTA, the t-shirts raised an impressive $566. The students proudly presented their donation to wildlife outreach specialist Dana Golin on June 13. Mohansic plans to continue this successful fundraiser for years to come, showcasing the students' commitment to wildlife conservation.
