The Superintendent is authorized to hire personnel conditionally to fill vacancies on an emergent basis. All conditional hires will be presented to the Board for approval at the next scheduled board meeting retroactive to their start date. However, no individual who will have contact with students will commence employment with the District until they have been fingerprinted and received full clearance from the New York State Education Department.
