Any damage to property shall be immediately reported to a District employee, who shall be required to report to the Director of Facilities.

Anyone who willfully destroys, damages, or defaces school property shall be subject to disciplinary action, as well as prosecution to the fullest extent possible under the law. Anyone who damages school property, and in the case of students who damage school property, their parents or guardian, may be required to reimburse the District for the value of the damaged property up to the limit of the law.

The Superintendent or his/her designee shall enforce the provisions of the Code of Conduct, including the section on Public Conduct on District Property.
