Payroll Procedures
A duly certified payroll is one that has been examined and approved by the Superintendent, or in their absence, their designee. It is the responsibility of the Assistant Superintendent for Business and their staff to prepare all payrolls.
In order to safeguard the payroll, the District’s auditors will periodically review payroll procedures and report findings and recommendations to the Board.
