Vendors shall not be permitted to canvass schools for the purpose of promoting their products or company names.

In no case are vendors permitted to discuss business proposals or canvass students or employees other than the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendents or appointed Purchasing Agent.

With prior authorization from the Superintendent or designee, representatives of textbook publishers and of other firms selling instructional materials may be permitted to discuss their products with the Building Principals who will establish regulations for representatives’ discussion with the building staff.
