No animals are permitted on District property except for:
A. Certified service animals as defined by the ADA (provided they are housebroken, not aggressive, and do not fundamentally alter the nature of the services, programs, or activities in the school);
B. Animals that are part of the District’s approved instructional program; and
C. Other special circumstances as approved, in writing, by the Principal.
