No staff member may solicit or provide remedial tutoring for any of their students in any subject area common to the total curriculum of the schools for payment. Parents seeking tutoring assistance may call the Building Principal or the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction for qualified agencies to which they may be referred. Staff members shall not recommend specific individuals or agencies as tutors. The district shall maintain a list of staff members interested in tutoring through the school or privately.
