School Visits by Board Members

Official school visits by individual Board members shall be authorized in advance by the Superintendent. When a Board member makes such a visit to a District school, he/she must notify the Principal upon entering the building and wear his/her District issued identification badge. Concerns or opinions related to the educational program in individual school buildings shall be directed to the Superintendent.


It is the duty of the Board to inspect schools annually and report its findings at its next meeting.
