The administration must approve fundraising activities. If approved, the activities will be scheduled by the organization in collaboration with the District.
Any fund drive must be sponsored by the District or a Board recognized school-related organization and must comply with all other relevant District policies such as Student Wellness (5405).
Accounting for funds raised by school-related organizations is the responsibility of such groups.
District fund drives requiring door-to-door solicitation by students are strongly discouraged.
