1. Focused on instructional rounds for teachers.  Created Instructional Round Norms and IR Completion Form

2. Started to explore different AI tools and discuss how we could incorporate them into our classroom

3.  Developed additional capacity in instructional practices aligned to the science of reading and student engagement through more intentional collaboration 

4.  Evaluated supplemental reading programs and practices and implemented them into classrooms

1. Create a student self-evaluation/self-grading scale to incorporate into the classroom to use with priority standards. Evaluate formative, summative, and benchmark assessments and how we are effectively using data to inform instruction

2. Continue to focus on research-based instructional practicies while implementing new Math and ELA curriculums with fidelity

3. Participate in literacy profressional development as outlined in the statewide literacy plan
