1. Modified the questions that are used for teacher interviews 

2. Mentor Program - gathered data about the program using a google survey 

3. Talked with Dan Flynn about para retention and training. Gave many suggestions for how we can improve in this area.

1. We will gather new data about the mentor program this year and compare it to last years.  We will decide if any changes need to be made to the program.  DATA

2. Look over and discuss the new Human Ex Culture + Climate data. Consider how to continue to strengthen school culture
